DarksideRO is a unique free to play Private Ragnarok online High rate 255/100 server fused with Star Wars experience.

The name obviously comes from the combination of Ragnarok & Star Wars, having a Feature originated from the film Star Wars the Padawan, Sith and the Jedi are an additional job for our server.

To play Darkside Ragnarok Online, you are required to have the latest kRO installed.
Do you already have this version or a more recent version installed on your computer?
If the answer is no (or if you’re not sure), you’ll need to do the complete installation.
And to make this extra convenient, we’ve set up all the files you’ll need in the DarksideRO Full Installer.
Just download, install, patch the client and you’re ready to go!

Already have kRO installed? First of all, ensure kRO is fully patched.
Secondly, make sure that you have no other RO servers installed in your RO directory – as these may interfere with your Darkside RO installation.
Once you’re prepared, download our Lite Client Installer, using one of the file mirrors below.
Other Option: You can also just copy-paste data.grf and rdata.grf from kRO or other RO (if you have one) inside Darkside RO Lite Installer to be able to play.

• You are ready to play after the installation! So head over to our registration page and register an account!
• Already registered? Run your DarksideRO Patcher.exe and we’ll see you in game!

Basic Information
The basic things you need to know are: our rates are 5000x/5000x/2000x/1000x(Normal Card)/500x(MVP/Boss Card).
Our max level is 255/100 and we are a fully modified PK server. Our max stats is 255, max ASPD is 196, and instant cast is 150.
Our name obviously comes from the combination of Ragnarok & Star Wars, having a feature originated from the film star wars, the Padawan, Sith and the Jedi are an additional job making us the first server since the 2005 server that releases the same features.
How do I join?
The first thing you need to do is create an In-Game Account. Please make sure to fill out all the necessary details with the correct information.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for validation once you are done.
The In-Game Account you have just created is what you’re going to use to login in the game itself, using the Username and Password that you have set. Also keep in mind not to share your account information to anyone even GM(s).
NOTE: You can also register a Forum Account separately. Kindly fill out the basic information required. Validate your Forum Account with the confirmation e-mail that you will be receiving after registering and you’re all set.
We highly encourage you to join our Community Boards. Having a Forum Account lets you interact with other players and the Staff members. See you there!
How do I download DarksideRO’s Game Client?
A variety of download options are available to make installing the game as convenient and easy as possible for you. Make sure to check our installation guide!

Downloaded and Installed! What should I do next?
Once you have logged in using your In-Game Account, you need to set up an In-Game Character.
You will see a “Character Select” window. You have a maximum of 15 character slots per account.
Choose any of these empty slots and click “Make” to create a character.
Give your character its own personality by choosing your own hair style, hair color and the stats that you want to enhance.
Once you’re done and you’re logged in to the game, talk to Obi-Wan Kenobi, answer all his questions and you’re done!
Do I get any Freebies?
Yes you do! We make all our freebies character bounded.
So each and every character in an In-Game Account will get it for sure.
You can claim your freebies on your Novice Spawn Point and by talking to Obi-Wan Kenobi.
You will also get status buffs and some starting items that will help you in your new adventure.

Those are your new character package. Added to your character’s inventory automatically when you join and it contains:
