Donations from players are more than welcome and help the server greatly in purchasing new materials & bandwidth for dedicated server as well as advertisement to reach new players. However, fear not, gm will never bother you for donations, they are always voluntary only!

Currency for donations is normally USD (United States Dollars), although CAD (Canadian Dollars) is accepted as well from canadians.

Here is an explanation of the various items you can obtain from a donation:

• OPB: An Old Purple Box is an official item that gives a random item. This item is tradable.
• Allegiance Token: if you bring this custom item to your Allegiance leader NPC (Lady Thea for Light or Lord Melot for Dark) you will be rewarded with 1 Allegiance Point, you can also vend it to a NPC if you prefer (10,000 zeny + overcharge). To visit your leader, see the Allegiance NPC in Prontera near the Tool Dealer entrance. This item cannot be traded, but can be put into storage.
• Delicious Cake: this custom consumable will grant you +3 to all stats for a duration of 30 minutes. This item cannot be traded, but can be put into storage.
• Gold: miscellaneous item which can either be sold to NPC (100000z + overcharge), used in certain quest, including Nobility.
• Rough Enriched Ore: this custom item can be exchanged for pure Enriched stones that have higher chance of upgrade than regular Oridecon/Elunium. You will need 15 Rough Enriched Ores to make 1 Enriched Oridecon and 20 Rough Enriched Ores to obtain 1 Enriched Elunium, the npc to transform the rough ores is located in Payon city. This item cannot be traded, but can be put into storage.
• Hat Voucher: You can exchange this custom item for a hat. North of Rachel city there is a NPC called Mr. Hatter, he offers a quest which in the end reward with 1 random hat from his exclusive list (includes Ramen Hat, Red Minstrel Hat, Alice Doll and many more). The Hat Voucher allows you to skip the questing part and directly reach the reward part. This item is tradable.
• OCA: An Old Card Album is an official item that gives a random card. This item is tradable.
• Help heRO Hat: each month a new hat (either mid-gear or lower headgear) is released and available with votes (v4p) or donation, the heRO wiki contains a full list of Help heRO Hats:

  When getting a Help heRO Hat with donations a person may get any Vote For Points Gear listed in the above page, while voting only allows to select a hat from the current month. All help heRO hats are tradable.
• Master Warp Pass: For $10.00 you can receive a Master Warp Pass. When consumed, all Warper NPC warps will be automatically unlocked on the character that used it. Warps added in the future will be unlocked as well, at the time of their release. Keep in mind, the warps only take you to a specific area. This means that some quests such as Kiel Hyre’s Quest, Ayothaya Dungeon Entrance, or Prisma Cave Investigation might still be required to enter access further maps of a field, dungeon or town.

  Note: This item is trade-able, meaning you can give or sell it to other players.

• Pandaring Backpack: a special promotional gear made for the server’s 9th birthday. It has the following stats:
  +3% HP/SP, LUK + 2
  Combo with Panda Hat: +2 All Stats & +1 ATK per refine of the hat
  Combo with Teddybear Hat: Increases Attack Speed by 10%, Reduce Casting Time by 12% & +2 Walking speed by refine of the hat
  Increase Weight Capacity by 400
  Add a chance of gaining “Gift Box” each time a monster is killed.
  Add a chance of gaining “Birthday Firecracker” each time a monster is killed.
  Equipped on : Lower Headgear, Weight : 10, Required Level : 50, Applicable Job : All
• Donator Pet: a custom egg of any non-MVP monster of your choice. It must spawn naturally. The donator pet all have the same stats (copy of the monster Kasa) and their food is Candy. Monsters modeled after players (such as those in warzone) may not be chosen.

To thank you back for helping the Server, here’s is what you get for donating:

Donation of $5.00 for regular rewards:

• 5 OPB
• 3 Allegiance Tokens
• 3 Delicious Cake
• 3 Golds
• 2 Rough Enriched Ores
• 1 Hat Voucher
• 1 OCA

You can cumulate multiple $5.00 packs, for example, for a donation of USD $40.00 a player would receive all of the following: 40 OPB, 24 Allegiance Tokens, 24 Delicious Cakes, 16 Rough Enriched Ores, 8 Hat Vouchers and 8 OCAs.

Donation for Value pack of $25.00:

The value pack contains the same item as 4 regular donation of $5.00 and also includes a Help heRO Hat.

The $25.00 Value Pack includes the following:

• 20 Old Purple Box
• 12 Allegiance Tokens
• 12 Delicious Cakes
• 12 Gold
• 8 Rough Enriched Ores
• 4 Old Card Albums
• 4 Hat Vouchers
• 1 Help heRO Hat (choice from any V4P gear in the page)

Quantities are of course not limited, meaning you can donate $50 and pick to receive 2 value packs.

Donation for Master Warp Pass:

For $10.00 you can receive a Master Warp Pass, when consumed on a character it will automatically allow access to all towns and dungeons listed in the Warper NPC, without the need to unlock them or complete any quest. Works for 1 character, this item is tradable.

Donation for Pandaring Backpack:

For $10.00, you can obtain a Pandaring backpack, which has the following stats:
+3% HP/SP, LUK + 2

Donation for Pet:

For $20.00 you can obtain a custom egg of any non-MVP monster of your choice. It must spawn naturally. The donator pet all have the same stats (copy of the monster Kasa) and their food is Candy. This reward is also obtained automatically with cumulative donation of amounts $400, $700, $1000 and $1300.

Donation to Boost a Monster:

For $10.00 you can select a monster to boost. The monster will for 2 months (60 days) have doubled drop rate (including card)!
Restrictions: Your selected monster cannot be a MVP or a mini-boss. It must spawn naturally. You cannot pick a monster that is currently Monster of The Moment if it already has a drop rate boost. You also cannot pick a monster already boosted by another donation. Event monsters are at GMs discretion. Speak to a GM beforehand to confirm a monster’s eligibility.

Donation for Simple Services:

We are offering the services described below, each of these can be obtained with a donation of USD $5.00Character Rename: You can rename 1 character.

• Conditions:
  – New name must be appropriate and in accordance to server rules.
  – New name must use only characters allowed (refer to server rules).
  – New name must be available (aka not taken by another player)
  Include 3 names, in the order you would prefer them, a GM will confirm if they are available when your request is processed, and if not available you can choose other names.
• Custom Item Transfer: you can transfer 1 normally “non-transferable” custom item to another account.
  Conditions:
  – If transferring a heroic gear, the other account must have same allegiance.
  – The account you are transferring the item to, does not have to be yours (aka you can give it to someone else).
  – The item must be custom, you cannot transfer official non-transferable gears. (Exceptions: Enriched Elu/Ori, Lucifer’s Lament, Continental Guard Seal, and BG Gear)
  – Nobility gems cannot be transfered.
  – Voted GM Service Ticket cannot be transfered.
  – Transfering Bee Wings will not transfer the quest variable / item selection.
• Gender Change for 1 account: changes the gender of all character on the account.
  Conditions:
  – Account must not contain any bard/dancer/gypsy/clown.
• Full Allegiance Switch: you can change from light to dark or from dark to light, you will keep all your points (aka if you had 110 dark points and switch this way you will have 110 light points). All your gears will be changed to their equivalents, with cards and upgrades included (example gargoyle wings changed to luminous wings, cursed helm for blessed helm, etc.)
• Gear Allegiance Switch: if you wish to change an Allegiance gear from a Dark account to a Light account or from a Light account to a Dark account without changing the Allegiance of either one, you can use this service to change the Allegiance of the gear itself.
• Homunculus name change
• Pet name change
  -Pet and Homunculus name change follows similar rulings to Character name change. New name must be appropriate and in accordance to server rules, although you can use the same name that’s taken by another pet/homunculus in the server.
• Homshuffle: shuffle (re-roll) the stats of your homunculus. This service is performed live with a GM. For 1 service you can shuffle up to 3 times, you can stop any time you want if you are happy with the new stats, if you reach the third shuffle you end up with that result.
• Guild name change: change the name of your guild.
  Condition:
  – Must be guild leader.
• Transfer of Fishing/Mining points: transfer your Fishing or Mining point to another character.
  Condition:
  – The character receiving the points must either be on the same account or on a different account, but with the same email attached to both.

Donation for Character Transfer Service:

This service costs double, therefore $10.00 and allows the transfer of a character from one account to another. The following conditions apply:

– Both accounts must have the same email (if your accounts have different emails you can send a Support Ticket to request an email change).
– Both accounts must have the same gender.
– There must be no item on the character except those that cannot be put into storage (such as The Sign or Nobility Gem), there are 2 exceptions to this, which are Bee Wings and Lucifer Lament, but only if their quest were done on the character being transfered.
– There must be no zeny on the character, and it should be unguilded (if the character is a guild leader, let the GM team know when preparing the support ticket).
– There must be 1 free slot on the receiving account and it must correspond to the slot number of the character being transfered (character slots can be changed for free on the CP, if you are unsure how to do this a gm can assist you).

Donation Amount Cumulative Rewards:

GM also give bonus to donation for every multiple of $100.00 donated, regardless if used for reward, value pack, master warp pass or service. Anyone who has donated a multiple of $100.00 over time is eligible (this means you could donate $40.00 and then a few months later $60.00 and since the total is $100.00 you would receive the first bonus, see this post for details on the items given.

  • A) Amount you are donating

  • D) In the text box add which character(s) you can be found on in game to receive the rewards. You can specify what you are donating for (regular rewards, value pack, master warp pass or gm service) or you can tell me in game when I meet you.
  • E) Also in the text box, if you want to be listed in the donator list please specify it (and if so, under which name).
• Step 4: Review the information and confirm the donation
• Step 5: You will receive an email confirmation of your donation to heRO
• Step 6: I will reply to you at the same email that you received the confirmation in Step 5 to let you know I have received your donation.
• Step 7: I will meet you in game to deliver the rewards or perform the GM service requested!

Note1: If the donation is an e-check GM will wait for it to clear before sending a reply/delivering the rewards.
